Right now, we are looking for a driven, dynamic Digital Marketing Specialist to join our China Marketing Team in Shenzhen. The Marketing department is responsible for all marketing activities in China with guidance and support from our global headquarters in Stockholm.

What you'll do

You will be responsible for planning and executing our Organic Social Media Strategy across our China brand portfolio (Urbanears and Marshall Headphones and Speakers) in addition to assisting in planning and coordinating of paid digital media campaigns for all brands. The responsibilities include social media creative content development, SoMe agency management, and support in driving offline activations. You will also be involved in the development of our social-CRM strategy and working with third party ecom content coordination on Tmall and JD.

You will be working closely with the PR and Influencer Marketing Specialist, as well as the Interim China Marketing Manager (both in Shenzhen), and the Marketing Director based in Stockholm to align and adapt Global Brand strategies and concepts for the China market. You will also have a dual reporting line to The Regional China Sales Manager.

Your responsibilities
你的工作职责

● Help develop and implement SoMe strategy for brand portfolio with focus on content strategy and creative content management for always-on content and product launches

协助制定和执行旗下品牌社交平台传播战略,侧重于内容策略和创意内容管理,包含日常传播以及新品发布活动。

● Ensure that local execution in China is carried out according to brand guidelines as well as proposing and driving local optimization and adaptation of global activities across China’s digital ecosystem

确保在中国市场的传播执行符合品牌规范,并基于中国数字生态系统提出和推动全球传播活动本土化的优化调整建议。

● Coordinate activities with internal and external stakeholders such as digital channel partners, agencies and vendors, influencers and media. Ensure social media content is relevant to China

协调内部和外部合作方的关系,如数字平台伙伴、代理和供应商、KOL和媒体。确保社交媒体内容符合中国市场需求。

● Manage Marshall and Urbanears SoMe platforms across Wechat, Weibo and RED including content calendar,  community management, analysis and reporting

管理 Marshall 和 Urbanears 官方社交平台(微信、微博和小红书),包括规划月度内容、社区管理运营、月度分析和报告。

● Supervise and coordinate all creative assets that are localised for SoMe use: events, collabs, campaigns

监督和协调所有用于社交平台的本土化创意素材:包括活动物料、合作素材及新品传播活动资料等。

● Support with PR, event and other relevant projects across brands in-market

支持市场部各品牌的公关、线下活动和其他相关项目。

Who we’re looking for
我们的标准

In order to succeed you must be a strong team player with a global mindset and local China market knowledge.  You are structured and proactive, and not afraid of executing tasks yourself. You have strong interpersonal skills and enjoy coordinating various activities between different stakeholders and can multitask under pressure.

在取得项目成功的路上,你必须是一个强大的团队协作者,并且需要具备全球化思维和对中国市场丰富的知识。我们希望你是一个有条理、积极主动、用于自己执行任务的人。这个岗位需要你有很强的人际交往能力,也需要你乐于协调不同合作伙伴之间的各种活动,在压力下也有多线程工作的能力。

You have passion, and a proven track record for driving creative, localized campaigns for global brands in China through digital platforms including but not limited to: WeChat, Weibo, Bilibili, Douyin, livestream, RED. We believe that you have at least 2-3 years of work experience in digital marketing, or similar role, preferably with an international context.

我们需要你对数字传播有十足的热情,并且参与过国际品牌在中国数字平台进行的创意及本土化传播推广的实战经验,包括但不限于:微信、微博、哔哩哔哩、豆瓣、直播平台、小红书等平台。有至少2-3年的数字营销工作经验,或是从事类似的角色和工作,最好有服务国际品牌的工作背景。

As Zound Industries is a global company, strong oral and written communication skills in English is required and you may have opportunities to travel to our headquarters in Stockholm, Sweden.
