Right now we need to strengthen our French Sales team with a Sales Coordinator where you’ll focus on all administration of sales & key retailer follow up. You’ll be the liaison between Sales, Logistic & key retailers and will work together with sales, retail and our logistic department across Europe. Your key responsibility will be securing that the flow of our products are optimised, secure requirements from sales and logistics and supporting the collaboration with key French retailers so that we reach our sales targets and forecasts.
This role is based in our office in Paris and requires you to speak French fluently. We believe in a flexible work environment. Living in a city nearby is welcomed as the team gathers two days a week at the office.
Overall responsibilities of the role
As a Sales Coordinator your overall responsibility is to:
Coordinate sales administration locally with our logistic and sales admin team in Stockholm
Manage sales administrations for key retailers (orders, deliveries, slot, packing list, invoicing) in designated territories
Follow up the volume forecast and the orders with KAM to secure availabilities in stock in designated markets
Secure invoicing, payment and financial operation with our Financial team in Stockholm
Understand, monitor, measure and take relevant actions to make sure to get the best possible ROI/profitability out of products sold
Create and monitor EDI order system and web portal for the administration of key retailer’s orders
Follow up deliveries and logistic process for key retailers with our sales admin team in Stockholm
Manage listings of new products to key accounts
Implement Prices and logistics requirement in our ERP system for each of the Retailers.
Create and develop logistic process with our logistic team to optimise transportation cost.

You probably have the following experiences & skills
Experience from a similar role within inside sales, operations coordinator or sales administration
Great skills in excel and preferable system experience from an ERP, Navision and or ED
It's a strong plus if you have experience within retail, FMCG or the CE industry
Fluent communication skills in French and English
