As a Trade Marketing Manager in Germany and Austria, you will be responsible for developing trade marketing plans that optimize sell out from retail stores and websites for all Zound Industries’ products.

About the role 

As a Trade Marketing Manager Germany and Austria, you will be responsible to secure successful trade marketing regionally and to work closely with global and regional stakeholders to successfully achieve set KPI’s. You will also be responsible for the following:  

· Global trade marketing execution with regional adaption

o Work with global teams to develop seasonal go to market plans and new product launch plans and adapt to regional and account specific trade marketing activities in order to maximize sell-out in both digital channels and retail stores 

o Work closely with brand and sales team to develop and execute trade marketing plans in direct engagement with key stakeholders at both online and offline retailers

o Report KPI’s and key insights to Global Trade Marketing Manager and other stakeholders

· Manage online and offline retail accounts 

o Work closely with the marketing stakeholders at the retail accounts in order to secure desired presentation of products and brands online and in-stores, as well as any advertising from the retailer

o Manage the retail sales cycles, aligning and collaborating an activity calendar with global teams and regional sales team - drive for differentiation across retail partners

· Training and planning

o Plan and execute retail staff training, trade events, field merchandising/promotors

o Engage in trade marketing community, share and learn from others in order to make regional execution best in class 

o Manage budget, planning, agency relations (where appropriate) and secure tools needed for monitor and follow up

About you  

Working as Trade Marketing Manager will require a unique combination of entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to build a platform for growth – establishing working models, routines and tools that build foundation for strong brand and sales execution. You are self-motivated and reliable with excellent problem-solving skills. You have a collaborative approach and being able to have influence and impact without authority. We also expect you to have the following experiences and skills: 

· At least 2 years of marketing experience on both strategic and day to day operational level 

· Strong trade marketing experience with thorough understanding of consumer purchase journey across digital and physical channels with high focus on digital transformation in the consumer purchase journey marketing

· In depth knowledge and experience of the Consumer Electronics industry

· Experience of working in an international environment developing marketing plans and leading execution, preferably within retail industry

· Bachelor’s degree from an accredited 4-year college/university
